Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data zakon.lviv.ua collects, why, and how you can control it.
Who processes the data

What we collect
- Service and consultation requests: name, phone, email, message, the page the request was sent from and how you reached the site (for example, Google search or an ad tag).
- Job application form: full name, phone, email, Telegram, CV (file or link), test task answer, information about yourself, traffic source.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, visit statistics and session recordings via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile.
Why
- to answer your request and provide the service;
- to review a job application and contact the candidate;
- to protect forms from spam;
- to measure traffic and improve the site.
We do not sell personal data and do not use candidates' data for mailings.
Who sees the data
Requests and applications are emailed to staff of Zakon Lviv and Innova group companies who handle them. Technically the data passes through our email host (ukraine.com.ua), Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare, which process it under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept as long as needed to provide the service and keep a record of enquiries. Job applications are kept while the hiring for the vacancy is open. We delete any of your data on request.
Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you may learn what data we hold about you, obtain it, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for forms and statistics. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site will still work, but your visit will not be counted.
