Tourist license (license for tourist activities) is a document that gives the right (permission) to provide paid services related to the organization of tourist holiday in Ukraine and abroad. The subjects engaged in tourism activities are: tour operators, travel agents and other business entities that provide other tourist services. Licensing of tourism in Ukraine is a mandatory procedure for any tour operator.

The state fee is equal to one minimum wage at the time of issuance.

THE LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE COLLECTED TO OBTAIN A LICENSE FOR FOR TOURIST ACTIVITIES:

• A copy of the extract from the Unified State Register.
• A copy of the lease of non-residential premises (Office) (or documents proving ownership).
• A copy of the employment record of the director with his experience in the tourism industry for at least 3 years and diploma of higher education establishment(any) or a copy of diploma of specialized higher education. If this paragraph is a problem - contact us and we will try to help.
• A notarized copy of a bank guarantee equivalent to the amount of 20 000 EUR (10 000 EUR for domestic tourism). Possible assistance in obtaining a bank guarantee without 20 000/10 000 EUR deposit and without bail at the minimum payments.
• A copy of the insurance contract on the implementation of compulsory insurance (medical and accident) of tourists staying in tourist travel (both in Ukraine and abroad). We provide help with the conclusion of the contract.

Also, to obtain the license for tour operator activities, you need to file:

• Bank details of the company;
• copy of certificate of VAT payer or single tax.
