The statement must specify the date of creating of the statute which is intended to be duplicated. But it is not since the statute is lost. The registrar may refuse you in this service, arguing that there are no Minutes of the members’ general meeting. As a result, you spend a lot of time and nerves in fruitless stay in queues.
