To apply for a residence permit, the first thing to do is to get permission to immigrate. You can get a diplomatic or consular offices of Ukraine or the State Migration Service of Ukraine, providing the appropriate application and supporting documents grounds for such permission.

To obtain a permanent residence should be given permission to immigrate to the application and such basic documents:

• passport, notarized translation of the passport;
• a copy of the tax identification number;
• 4 photos 3,5 x 4,5 cm.;
• receipt of payment of registration fee;
